Epidurals

Ellis Pain Center has helped numerous patients regain their life back through epidurals.

Our certified M.D.s have extensive training in conducting these minimally invasive procedures that are performed in-house. Typically they are injected in various regions of the spine, including caudal, cervical, lumbar, and thoracic areas.

These types of injections will not completely stop all of your pain, but they can reduce inflammation and break the ongoing pain cycle. Ideally, these injections give the individual the ability to move more fluidly and generate blood flow to the affected area to promote healing.

Injection sites are determined by one of our specialists. In most situations, the needle is inserted into the epidural space. This is the area that surrounds the nerves in the spinal canal.

For more information on epidurals, feel free to contact one of our representatives to learn more. We will be happy to assist and talk you through what to expect.
