We accept our patients through referrals only. For our providers to have an opportunity to evaluate you, please have either your primary care physician, orthopedic, or general surgeon send us your records along with a referral.

Expand What are your office hours?

We’re open Monday- Thursday 7:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m. and closed on Fridays.

Expand How do I log onto my patient portal account?

Once you're an established patient, to keep track of all your records, appointment times and patient-to-physician messages, you can access the patient portal by clicking here.

Expand Do you have multiple locations?

No, we only have our one office location in Watkinsville, Georgia.

Expand What are the insurances you accept?

We accept most major private insurance, including Aetna, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Cigna, Kaiser Permanente, and United Healthcare. We do not currently accept Humana or Medicare. You can visit our billing and insurance page for more information.

Expand What do I need for my first appointment?

You must bring the following:

  • A valid form of identification (i.e., Georgia Drivers License) – we do not accept expired IDs.
  • Any active insurance cards
  • Current medications
  • Completed new patient packet
Expand What do I need to do when having a procedure?

Depending on the procedure scheduled, a nurse will be in contact with you for instructions to complete. Please remember to not eat or drink anything four hours before your scheduled procedure. You must have a driver the day of your procedure. If you are taking any blood thinners, you’ll need to stop taking these at least five days prior to your scheduled procedure. Always consult with your primary care physician about further instructions with daily medications.
